Join us for a Virtual Family Friendly Cooking Class where you will get to prep meals for the week that are healthy AND your kids WILL EAT! You will receive the zoom links, recipes and grocery lists the week before. Menus include Maple Soy Glazed Salmon, Sausage and Gnocchi Soup, Chicken Tacos (crockpot meal), and balsamic chicken with roasted vegetables. Class is 2/7 at 2:00.
