Cancellation Policy

All cooking classes are NON-REFUNDABLE.   If you are unable to attend a class, you may send someone in your place or contact us to see if we have a waiting list.  If we have a waiting list, we will TRY to sell your spot for you. We do NOT guarantee that we will be able to sell your spot. If your spot is filled, you will receive a credit good towards a future class.
Classes with insufficient enrollment will be cancelled 7 days prior to the class date. In this case, registered students will be notified by e-mail or phone and will receive a FULL refund.
If we cancel a class due to inclement weather, you will be notified no later than 2 hours prior by phone and/or email using the information provided when signing up. We encourage you to check your email, phone messages and also our Facebook page.  Feel free to call us if you are in doubt.  Unless you hear from us either via email, phone or social media, the class will be held.  If a class is cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a credit for another class will be issued.  However, if we do not cancel the class there will be NO CREDITS or REFUNDS due to the weather, whether you attend or not.

Participation Waiver

To attend a class OR party every parent/guardian MUST FILL OUT COMPLETELY and have in hand for child to participate. Please download and fill out ahead of time as to allow for more time for the class or party. We will have forms on hand "just in case"

Birthday Party Agreement

To book a party every parent/guardian MUST FILL OUT COMPLETELY and submit deposit to secure the date for party.
 

Photo/Video Consent Form

Please fill out if you do NOT want any photos/videos of your child used in any of our marketing.

If this form is NOT filled out AND returned at or before event, then it will be assumed any photos or videos with your child in it can be used in our marketing material. 

PLEASE NOTE: The images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. There will be no royalty, fee or other compensation given in the event we use your child in a photo/video.
